Terms

The short version: we run one scan about you, you pay once, and you can delete everything whenever you want. The rest of this page says that more precisely.

What we sell

One scan of public people-search listings and public account pages, for $49, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You get a report describing what we found, and a removal kit with instructions for the exposures we found. We do the looking; you (or we, by hand, on request) do the removing.

What we don’t promise

Scanning only you

Scourjay scans the person the details belong to. By using it, you confirm that the name, contact details, and usernames you enter are your own, and that you are running this scan on yourself. Scanning another person is not a feature we offer, is not something we will build, and is a violation of these terms.

Refunds

Open question, not fully written here:the empty-scan and missed-window cases are decided (recorded on SCO-104: an empty scan still delivers the full report with no refund; missing the delivery window gets a proactive email, not a refund; no refunds after delivery). What’s missing is the actual refund policy sentence for this page, plus any pre-delivery cancellation case. Recommend porting the SCO-104 decisions into plain language here rather than deciding anything new.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account, your report, and everything you told us at any time. See Privacy for what we collect and who else sees it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll say so plainly rather than quietly editing this page.
